I know what it’s like to feel disoriented and overwhelmed by the shifts of motherhood. To feel unsettled in yourself. To lose your sense of who you are beyond being a mum, and quietly question your purpose, your needs, and what lights you up now.


I know how it feels to carry emotions like confusion, frustration, guilt, or even resentment - often without realising that they’re deeply rooted in matrescence: the profound, life-altering transition into and through motherhood that so often goes unspoken, unsupported, and misunderstood.

Hi I'm Bree

I support mothers navigating the evolving journey of motherhood, with a special focus on women in the early years.

My work is for women who feel ready to move beyond survival mode - those who sense it’s time to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves, and to gain clarity on what they truly want in this season of motherhood and life.


Matrescence isn’t limited to the first 12 months postpartum. It’s an ongoing, evolving process that unfolds over years, across different stages of motherhood, and often with the arrival of more than one child.



It’s never too late to slow down, reflect, and consciously shape a way of living and mothering that feels more aligned and intentional.

This work is deep personal development and soul work.

Motherhood is a profound transformation - one that reshapes your identity, priorities, and sense of self.


My coaching approach is grounded in compassionate guidance, gentle encouragement, and loving accountability. I create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, explore what’s unfolding for you, and grow at your own pace.


Blending matrescence coaching, life coaching principles, and intuitive support - alongside my background in yoga and meditation - I believe true transformation happens not only in the mind, but in the body.



Through embodiment practices and mindfulness, we don’t just talk about change - we integrate it. This allows you to feel and embody the shifts you’re making, so they become lived, sustainable changes rather than ideas you’re trying to “get right.”

The SoulFULL Motherhood Method is a gentle, deeply supportive framework that helps you understand who you are now, steady your emotional world, reconnect with your needs and values, and rise into a grounded, aligned, confident version of yourself.


This is not about fixing yourself or getting back to who you were before.


It’s about meeting who you are becoming - with clarity, compassion, and self-trust.

Phase One

The Identity Reset: Rediscover Who You Are Now


In this opening phase, you begin to make sense of why motherhood has felt so disorienting, overwhelming, or unlike yourself. With clarity and compassion, you explore the emotional and identity shifts of matrescence and reconnect with the woman within the mother.


In this phase, you will:


  • Understand the real reason you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or disconnected - and recognise that nothing is wrong with you
  • Gain language for your emotional experience, easing confusion, guilt, and self-judgement
  • Rediscover who you are now, and who you want to become - not who you were before motherhood
  • Build emotional literacy so big feelings feel more manageable and less consuming
  • Feel grounded, validated, and deeply seen from the very first session


Phase Two

Values-Led Realignment: Build a Life That Feels Authentic


This phase is about reconnecting with what truly matters to you in this season - your values, needs, and inner voice - and learning how to live in alignment with them. Together, we gently shift you out of survival mode and into intentional, values-led living.


In this phase, you will:


  • Identify the values guiding this season of motherhood - and begin making decisions that reflect them
  • Reconnect with your needs so you’re no longer pouring from an empty cup
  • Express your needs clearly and confidently, without guilt or second-guessing
  • Create boundaries that feel compassionate, firm, and aligned with your energy
  • Move from constant reactivity into calmer, more intentional choices
  • Feel clearer, steadier, and more anchored in who you are becoming


Phase Three

Rise Into Your Reclaimed Self: Clear, Grounded and Whole


In this final phase, you integrate everything you’ve learned and step fully into the grounded, confident version of yourself that has been emerging beneath the overwhelm. This is about embodiment, sustainability, and carrying your transformation forward into everyday life.


In this phase, you will:


  • Rise into a more grounded, confident, emotionally steady version of yourself
  • Release perfectionism and the pressure to be everything for everyone
  • Build sustainable rituals that support your wellbeing long after the program ends
  • Create a personalised blueprint for how you want to live, mother, and show up
  • Integrate the shifts you’ve made so they last beyond the container of coaching
  • Complete the journey feeling clear, whole, grounded, and deeply yourself

A reflective SoulFULL questionnaire


A gentle, soulful inquiry that invites you to explore where you are right now in your motherhood journey - and where you’d like to be by the end of our time together. Many women find this process deeply clarifying in itself.


6 x 75–90 minute 1:1 personalised coaching sessions (fortnightly)


A deeply supportive, private space just for you - held fortnightly to allow time for reflection, integration, and gentle change between sessions, without overwhelm.


Ongoing support between sessions


Unlimited voice note, text, and email support throughout the program, so you feel held, supported, and connected as insights arise and life unfolds.


Tools, practices, and guided exercises


A thoughtful mix of practical and reflective tools to support real, lasting change - including values exercises, energy audits, mindfulness practices, journaling prompts, and simple embodiment practices.
