Because I’ve been there too.


I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the shifts of motherhood.
To feel unsettled in yourself… like something has changed, but you can’t quite put your finger on it.

I know what it’s like to carry a constant sense of pressure - to be doing more, coping better, holding everything together - while quietly feeling like you’re falling short.

To feel guilt when you take time for yourself.
To feel frustration, confusion, or even resentment at times… and then question yourself for feeling that way.

So many of these experiences are deeply rooted in matrescence - the profound transition into and through motherhood that is rarely spoken about, yet shapes so much of how we feel.

Hi I'm Bree

I support mothers navigating the evolving journey of motherhood, with a special focus on women in the early years.

My work is for women who feel ready to move beyond survival mode - those who sense it’s time to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves, and to gain clarity on what they truly want in this season of motherhood and life.


Matrescence isn’t limited to the first 12 months postpartum. It’s an ongoing, evolving process that unfolds over years, across different stages of motherhood, and often with the arrival of more than one child.


It’s never too late to slow down, reflect, and consciously shape a way of living and mothering that feels more aligned and intentional. This work is deep personal development and soul work.


I support women who feel ready to explore what’s beneath the surface, embrace change with compassion, and step into a more grounded, values-led way of living.

A 90-day guided journey to reclaim your identity, cultivate emotional steadiness, and step into aligned motherhood.



Motherhood changes everything - including how you feel within yourself.


The SoulFULL Motherhood Method is a gentle, deeply supportive approach that helps you understand what you’re moving through, steady your emotional world, and reconnect with yourself in this new season of life.


Together, we begin to quiet the pressure and inner critic, reconnect with what truly matters to you, and develop a stronger, more grounded sense of who you are now.


Through small, meaningful shifts, you begin to feel more calm, clear, and supported in your everyday life.


This is not about fixing yourself or getting back to who you were before.


It’s about meeting yourself where you are - and learning how to move through this season with more compassion, clarity, and self-trust.


Together, we move through three intentional and supportive phases over three months:


  • Step 1: Reconnect With Who You Are Now

    In this opening phase, you begin to make sense of why motherhood has felt so disorienting, overwhelming, or unlike yourself. With clarity and compassion, you explore the emotional and identity shifts of matrescence and reconnect with the woman within the mother.


    In this phase, you will:

    • Understand the real reason you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or disconnected - and recognise that nothing is wrong with you
    • Gain language for your emotional experience, easing confusion, guilt, and self-judgement
    • Rediscover who you are now, and who you want to become - not who you were before motherhood
    • Build emotional literacy so big feelings feel more manageable and less consuming
    • Feel grounded, validated, and deeply seen from the very first session
  • Step 2: Realign Your Life

    This phase is about reconnecting with what truly matters to you in this season - your values, needs, and inner voice - and learning how to live in alignment with them. Together, we gently shift you out of survival mode and into intentional, values-led living.


    In this phase, you will:

    • Identify the values guiding this season of motherhood - and begin making decisions that reflect them
    • Reconnect with your needs so you’re no longer pouring from an empty cup
    • Express your needs clearly and confidently, without guilt or second-guessing
    • Create boundaries that feel compassionate, firm, and aligned with your energy
    • Move from constant reactivity into calmer, more intentional choices
    • Feel clearer, steadier, and more anchored in who you are becoming
  • Step 3: Rise Into Your Reclaimed Self

    In this final phase, you integrate everything you’ve learned and step fully into the grounded, confident version of yourself that has been emerging beneath the overwhelm. This is about embodiment, sustainability, and carrying your transformation forward into everyday life.


    In this phase, you will:

    • Rise into a more grounded, confident, emotionally steady version of yourself
    • Release perfectionism and the pressure to be everything for everyone
    • Build sustainable rituals that support your wellbeing long after the program ends
    • Create a personalised blueprint for how you want to live, mother, and show up
    • Integrate the shifts you’ve made so they last beyond the container of coaching
    • Complete the journey feeling clear, whole, grounded, and deeply yourself

This coaching journey is designed to meet you exactly where you are - within the reality of your life, not outside of it.


It’s guided and gently structured, while still allowing space for what’s most present for you in each moment.


Together, we focus on small, doable shifts that feel supportive and sustainable, rather than adding more to your plate.


You’ll be held in a deeply supportive container, with personalised coaching sessions and ongoing support in between, so you’re never navigating this on your own.
