MY STORY
I've always been fascinated by what it means to live a life that feels meaningful and true. Questions around purpose, fulfilment, identity and understanding ourselves more deeply have shaped much of my personal and professional journey.
Long before I discovered coaching, I was drawn to philosophies and teachings that explored the human experience. Buddhism, in particular, sparked a lifelong interest in self-awareness, meaning, and understanding ourselves more deeply.
As my journey evolved, yoga, meditation and personal development became important companions. Not simply because they offered tools for wellbeing, but because they invited deeper self-inquiry and a greater understanding of how we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us.
For much of my career, I worked across both corporate and purpose-driven organisations, supporting initiatives that created positive environmental and social impact.
Looking back, I can see that purpose has always been a guiding force in my life. I've always wanted my work to contribute to something bigger than myself.
The Bhagavad Gita, one of the foundational texts of yoga philosophy, offers a perspective that deeply resonates with the way I understand growth and transformation: "Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self."
To me, this beautifully captures the essence of self-inquiry and the philosophy that underpins my work today. The belief that meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves more deeply. Not becoming someone new. Not fixing ourselves. But slowing down, turning inward, and reconnecting with who we truly are.
Like many women, there have been seasons of my life that invited me to re-evaluate who I was, what mattered most, and how I wanted to live.
Motherhood was one of those seasons. While the world often speaks about the physical changes of becoming a mother, I found myself navigating something much deeper - questions around identity, purpose, fulfilment and who I was becoming. Initially, I thought something was wrong with me. Over time, I came to understand that what I was experiencing was not a personal failing, but a natural part of navigating a significant life transition.
Life changes us. And every major transition offers an invitation to understand ourselves more deeply.
This understanding ultimately led me to train as a Certified Life Coach and Matrescence Facilitator. Of all the work I have done throughout my career, coaching has felt like the most natural expression of the questions and interests that have guided me for so many years.
There is something profoundly moving about witnessing a woman reconnect with herself, gain clarity, trust herself more deeply, and create meaningful change in her life. It is a privilege I never take for granted.
Today, Soul FULL brings together everything that has shaped me - my professional experience, coaching training, studies in matrescence, yoga and wellbeing, and my lifelong interest in human growth and transformation.
Through transformational coaching, restorative experiences and reflective practices, I create supportive spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and navigate life's transitions with greater clarity, self-trust and intention.
Because I believe that understanding ourselves more deeply changes everything. When we know who we are, what matters most, and what we truly need, we make more intentional choices. And those choices shape the lives we create.
Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.
